Our products are shipped within 2-3 Days using the following carriers: USPS, FedEx, UPS. To return your product, you should mail your product to: 8545 W Warm Springs rd, A4245, Las Vegas, NV 89113. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please contact us right away with any concerns about defective or damaged merchandise. We will happily fix the issue. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
At POP OF MODERN, LLC, we take great pride in the quality of our merchandise. Our refund policy is 30 Days from delivery (for most items). Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please make sure to pack the item(s) up with care, if it is damaged upon return you will be denied the return or charged a fee. (If the package is damaged talk to the shipping company about damaged package and insurance coverage)

Online returns are simple if you have your order number and billing zip code (or shipping zip code for gifted items). Pack your item(s) safely in the original box and packaging and use the provided UPS, USPS or Fedex label to ship your return. Depending on the reason for the return, you may be responsible for return shipping and processing costs. Please make sure to pack the item(s) up with care, if it is damaged upon return you will be denied the return or charged a fee.
