Returns

At POP OF MODERN, LLC, we take great pride in the quality of our merchandise. Most items are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase or delivery, for a refund of the merchandise value in form of original payment or store credit (shipping and processing fees are non-refundable unless damaged/defective).

RETURN POLICY

RETURNING / EXCHANGING A DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEM:


Any goods which prove to be defective within 15 days of delivery may be returned for a full refund or exchanged for a replacement of the same item. PoM is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the replacement merchandise and the return of the defective item, simply send us a message through the contact form to report the problem. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a valid return authorization number on the shipping label.

YOUR SATISFACTION IS OUR GOAL!

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return or exchange on most brands within 30 days. Please send us a message through the contact form to arrange for the return. Please note that certain items are considered special order by us and the manufacturer, and these products may not be returnable.

Return shipping and the cost associated is the responsibility of the customer.  In addition there is a 10% restocking fee which will also be deducted from your refund. The restocking fee is waived if you choose a merchandise credit toward a future purchase.

All returned merchandise must be in original carton with all manufacturers included accessories. Missing accessories will result in a reduced credit amount by the actual replacement cost of those items. All warranty cards (if initially provided by the manufacturer) must be left blank. Original merchandise box must not be defaced or altered in any way. Merchandise initially returned as defective, whose defect cannot be verified, will incur a minimum 20% restocking charge as well as the shipping fee associated with the replacement.

Please contact us right away with any concerns about defective or damaged merchandise. We will happily fix the issue. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Ways To Return

  • By mail, UPS or Fedex — Depending on the reason for the return, you may be responsible for return shipping and processing costs.

Start An Online Return

Online returns are simple if you have your order number and billing zip code (or shipping zip code for gifted items). Pack your item(s) safely in the original box and packaging and use the provided UPS, USPS or Fedex label to ship your return. Depending on the reason for the return, you may be responsible for return shipping and processing costs. Please make sure to pack the item(s) up with care, if it is damaged upon return you will be charged a restocking fee or your return will not be accepted.

Proof of Purchase

A valid proof of purchase is required to issue refunds or merchandise credit for eligible items. We will accept all of the following as proof of purchase:

  • Original or gift receipt
  • Electronic receipt
  • Original packing slip (with order number visible)

Refunds

  • Original receipt — Returns with the original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment.
  • Gift receipt — Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount on the gift receipt.
  • Shipping and processing fees are non-refundable.


NON-DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE - LIGHTING

We reserve the right to not accept any non-defective lighting products for any other reason unless the information stated on the product is incorrect due to our or a manufacturer error.

Cancellations

Canceling an Order

You can request to cancel any order before it ships. Cancellation requests are not a guarantee, as our cancellation system will not allow items to be canceled once they are preparing for shipment. Contact us here

If you missed the window to cancel the order, you can always set up a return ahead of time, and then send the item back once it arrives. Please note, return shipping costs will apply!
